Born Hungry, Built Here.
A neighborhood spot born from a backyard grill and a love for good food.

Origin

Where it all began.
Letta began with a box of handwritten recipes. When chef Giulia Ferrano left Bergamo for London in 2009, her grandmother pressed a weathered wooden box into her hands — inside, forty years of Sunday dinners recorded in faded blue ink. "Letta" means letter in Italian, and that box was the only letter Giulia needed.
What started as a supper club in Giulia's Bermondsey flat grew, slowly and stubbornly, into the restaurant you're sitting in now. Nothing about it happened fast, and we think that shows in the food.
